This talk was part of the "16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence" initiative that the Family Life Centre had organised.
In this brief talk, I discuss the Voice as a tool for self-defence which can also be used metaphysically as a tool to empower oneself.
The 5 ACTIONS of self-defence are also discussed, as well as when and how to use the Voice in a situation.
